| Member Duties : This VISTA position will be on NSC's Administrative Team and will help primarily with grant writing,volunteer management and recruitment, and community partnerships. As NSC grows into the next phase of our strategic plan, this VISTA will be a key role in helping build capacity. VISTA will assist Development team in researching, writing, and editing grants. Grants will range from federal, local, and private.
VISTA will help manage and expand local partnership for NSC's various departments. VISTA will help Volunteer Coordinator recruit volunteers.
VISTA will strategically map which possible volunteer groups to target at specific times of year, supplementing the momentum of NSC's new strategic plan.
