Capital Improvement Resilience Associate

This project operationalizes the mission of the Commission and the County Planning Department (“Department”) to foster an improved quality of life for Hawaii’s communities through responsible and progressive planning. More specifically, this project would be housed in the Long-Range Division whose purpose is to uphold the community’s vision, facilitate public participation, and drive the policy foundation that helps shape a more equitable, resilient, and sustainable future. The VISTA Project helps build the capacity of the Infrastructure and Design team of the Long-Range Division to improve outcomes of the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) while we plan for the equitable investment in modernized infrastructure that balances natural and cultural values with the built environment.
