| Member Duties : The duties of the Disaster Recovery VISTA for San Miguel and Mora counties are to: 1) Collaborate in developing, coordinating, and analyzing programs, policies, procedures, guidelines, and objectives for emergency management. 2) Develop and execute community education and public relations programs that increase emergency preparedness and community resilience. 3) Establish a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program for Mora and San Miguel counties.
