Member Duties : The member will expand and strengthen NSC’s network of partners who provide apprenticeships,internships, re-accreditation and vocational education programs. The member will conduct research on best practices in providing financial literacy education for diverse populations, strengthen partnerships with key financial literacy partners, such as Women’s Opportunity Resource Center and Clarifi, to provide needed individual and group supports to clients. Additionally, the VISTA member will coordinate with partners to plan and implement financial literacy sessions. Lastly, the member will coordinate inter-department communication in regards to the employment team by conducting periodic staff orientation to new and existing resources so that staff arewell-equipped to support clients.
