Member Duties : The Volunteer Development VISTA plays a critical role in the successful implementation of our programs. The Volunteer Development VISTA will report to the CRE Programs Director and will organize and co-facilitate ongoing volunteer trainings related to Conflict Resolution, Restorative Justice Practices. The VISTA is responsible creating materials, designing, and producing content for the WJC’s annual Peer Mediation Invitational, as well as supporting and participating in Mediation Boot Camp and ABCs of Conflict in a range of WJC Partner Schools throughout Los Angeles County. They will also develop a volunteer database and calendar for volunteers.
