| Member Duties : This VISTA project will focus on collaboration and marketing to support Texarkana Homeless Coalition’s strategic goals. To achieve this goal, the VISTA will work with coalition members and coalition partners to increase coalition membership, implement a marketing plan for the Texarkana Homeless Coalition, and continue the planning, expansion, and execution of the Texarkana Homeless Resource Day. The main objective for the Texarkana Homeless Coalition is making homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in the Texarkana area.
