*Property Management Systems Coordinator
 
 
 
The Property Management Systems Coordinator will assist the property management department and Director of Property Management with creating a Property Management - Management plan. This management plan is a living document with policies and procedures, training and onboarding information for the entire property management department. Topics, policies and procedures will include all aspects of the departments within property management including facilities, certifications, compliance and property operations. This position will need to communicate regularly with existing and new staff to review existing policies and procedures and gain understanding to write new policies and procedures. This team member will regularly meet with the Director of Property Management, Portfolio Manager, Facilities Manager, Certifications Manager and Compliance Manage to review new written policies and procedures. They will gather all policies and procedures to create a handbook (management plan) for the department. They will create an onboarding/training schedule for new team members in each department using these materials. They will train the manager team on the onboarding plan.

Member Duties : This position would be gathering information from staff or learning videos, creating instructional procedures and policies. They would communicate with staff to review written policies and procedures. They would create a handbook with the written procedures and policies. They would be responsible to create lesson videos and train the trainers on the policies and procedures. They would create an onboarding schedule of topics for new employees. Having everything compiled in one master document, and stored in one place, would allow consistent training and staff support for years to come. As changes to policies are made, these changes would be easy to implement and the document could be updated quickly.
