Member Duties : The VISTA Member at CEO Detroit will conduct in-depth research and implement strategies for resource development, partnership development, and program innovation activities at their local site. Capacity building initiatives will include expanding certificate training opportunities at the local level, piloting program improvement initiatives, and working closely with frontline staff and participants to create sustainable solutions bridging gaps in service. The VISTA will also work closely with the External Affairs team to build out community engagement efforts including individual and corporate volunteer events and grant writing and fundraising.
