| Member Duties : Members will serve in the area of capacity building with a driving force of environmental stewardship and economic resiliency. Service Sites will be located within the Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall, and St. Joseph Counties. Members will participate in both environmental stewardship and economic resiliency capacity building areas, but each Service Site will have specific tasks.
