| Member Duties : The VISTA project aims to build organizational capacity and foster community empowerment within
Thunder Valley CDC and the Pine Ridge Reservation. This will be achieved by developing and piloting
standardized procedures for donor management and grants administration, ensuring efficient and
sustainable fundraising practices. Additionally, the project will facilitate community engagement through
data collection efforts, impact surveys, and participation in cultural and community events.
