Branches AmeriCorps Member - Full Time (1700 Hours)
 
 
 
AmeriCorps Members are individuals who serve in an approved national service position and are eligible, upon completion of service hours, to receive an educational award from the National Service Trust. AmeriCorps members bring a unique passion and commitment to service and to transforming lives of people and communities. At Branches, in partnership with Volunteer Florida, Inc., members serve in Grow & Climb and deliver learning and enrichment opportunities that accelerate academic recovery and potential and advance post-secondary readiness and success to K-12 students in afterschool and summer settings.

Member Duties : Branches AmeriCorps Members will build deep, meaningful relationships with participants and team members; co-lead enrichment opportunities for K-12 students in afterschool and summer settings; and animate learning activities and spaces with the intention and creativity necessary for active and joyful engagement.
