Member Duties : • Identify and engage with School Food Authorities (SFAs) that have successful school meal programs through various methods including on-site visits to learn and obtain best practices and successful strategies that could be implemented at other SFAs. • Develop in-depth evaluation tools that will be used to evaluate other SFAs school meal program operations and tools that can be used to provide feedback to SFAs. • Prepare/develop training opportunities, evaluation tools and promotional items for SFAs to increase participation in school meal programs.
