| Member Duties : VISTA Leader will support VISTA members throughout their year of service and as they transition in and out of service; assure that projects effectively meet their capacity building goals; serve as the liaison between project director, site-supervisor, VISTA members, and other stakeholders involved; aid in the planning and coordination of the on-site orientations and other VISTA events; retrieving performance measures from all VISTA members to track the progress of projects; mediate the successful transition of VISTAs so that projects sustain their momentum and effectiveness as new VISTAs come in.
