Member Duties : Collaborate with the PBIS team and the Counselor/Psychologist to support students with low rates of attendance or not achieving school success. Collaborate to implement and evaluate supports and interventions. Meet with caseload of students weekly during the academic year for check in and check out. Assist with connecting students to mentors from Creekside High School.Refer students to resources for barriers that prevent them in engaging with school. Administer program assessment. Create at least 2 service opportunities for students and volunteers. Point students to resources for barriers that prevent them from engaging with school.Promote program impacts to internal and external stakeholders.Engage in personal reflection
