Member Duties : The AmeriCorp Members will (1) develop and implement professional development and leadership opportunities for near-peer mentors; (2) establish and facilitate a collegial support network within the near-peer mentor cohort; (3) assist school College Coordinators in leveraging the expertise of near-peer mentors as resources around their lived experiences around post-secondary options, and (4) provide capacity-building guidance to school-based College Coordinators to enhance the sustainability of the near peer mentor program district-wide.
