In year two, the Community Partners of South Florida Sustainability Specialist VISTA will support Human Resources and the Advancement departments. The ultimate outcome of the Members’ service will result in increased staff retention, reducing the turnover which costs the agency about $10,000 per employee, increase the number of gifts from individual donors, and increase the percentage of grants the organization receives.
