THN Poverty Research, Assessment, and Marketing VISTA - East

East Texas Human Needs Network (ETHNN) is a network of individuals and organizations working together for strengthened programs, connection, and improved awareness of services that meet essential human needs. We value and respect the voice of individuals in need. We value responsiveness to the needs of our community. We value community welfare, and the development of programs and services that meet real physical, social, and/or psychological needs. Since 2012, ETHNN has been building relationships among individuals in civic, private, and public entities. People in all three sectors have been sitting at the same table. We've done research, worked together, and are making progress toward agreed upon goals based on data-driven community needs. With over 100 partner organizations, ETHNN serves as the backbone organization working to remove barriers and build resources for overall wellbeing. We work collectively to research and act in the areas of education, employment, healthcare, behavioral healthcare, housing, transportation, and economic wellbeing. Through this collective action model, we share goals, create a coordinated plan of action, and use data to continuously progress toward those goals: WE SOLVE COMPLEX CHALLENGES that impact our neighbors in need.
