Above and Beyond Food Pantry Coordinator

The Above and Beyond Family Recovery Center (AnB) mission is to offer the most innovative long-term evidence-based and evidence-informed addiction recovery services to everyone, including those who are unable to pay for them, while providing housing and employment assistance. A close offshoot of AnB, the Above and Beyond Free Food Pantry exists to meet the most basic and immediate needs of community members by providing nutritious food to those living in deep food insecurity. In this way, the Pantry works to create the necessary foundation of trust with the community from which further case management services can be offered to address more longstanding issues. Providing food is just the beginning to the pantry’s mission in the community. The pantry empowers clients for their own independence and flourishing by connecting them with social services and public benefits, by providing housing and employment assistance, and by offering mental health support and a direct connection to addiction treatment at the flagship location.
