CRC Diversity Equity and Inclusion Coordinator VISTA
Join Community Resource Center (CRC), a Denver based nonprofit whose mission is to support, strengthen, and galvanize change-makers across the nonprofit ecosystem, working together to create a more equitable Colorado. The Rural Capacity Building Project engages VISTA members across the state of Colorado who are serving with rural nonprofits in various capacities. CRC is uniquely positioned as a nonprofit leader and convener in Colorado, with a special interest in serving rural communities and hard to reach populations. The DEI Coordinator VISTA will help break the cycle of poverty for the communities CRC serves through resource development, improving organizational effectiveness, identifying underserved regions of the state and high need populations, and expansion of organization-wide diversity, equity, and inclusivity efforts. The DEI Coordinator VISTA will impact the trajectory and sustainability of efforts to ensure that every component of CRC’s work is rooted in DEI. The VISTA will walk away with DEI best practices knowledge and hard skills around recruitment and hiring, organizational and programmatic evaluation, strategic planning, and curriculum development. The VISTA will be a part of CRC’s Inclusivity Team, and be a champion for promoting and implementing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity initiatives at CRC.
