Coffee facilities and growers developer VISTA
 
 
 
Develop a business and management plan for a coffee aggregation and roasting facility. Explore multiple strategies for generating revenue, improving distribution, marketing, including agrotourism, farming and other conservation activities. Also, the associate will explore strategies to connect women coffee growers to extension services, education, and to supply-chain activities. Explore ways to provide longer-term development of women coffee farmers.FUND & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: Associate will find new external funding opportunities and will seek collaboration with university resources relevant to coffee growing. Associate will seek connection to international coffee women’s organizations and coffee certification bodies. COMMUNITY OUTREACH: Associate will maintain a social media and direct connection to women coffee growers. Associate will create a newsletter on women coffee growers.

Member Duties : : Vista Member will assist on:•Identifying strategic needs and develop strategies to meet the business goals of the coffee facility and of the foundation. (50%)•Researching and exploring partnership opportunities (25%)•Helping to organize events (5%)•Gathering financial information and proper data for monitoring and evaluation (10%)•Other projects as assigned (10%)
