NeighborWorks Home Partners is a full-service homeownership center that empowers communities by helping people buy, fix, and keep their homes. Owning a home is one of the best ways for households to build wealth, and we envision a Twin Cities where all people have a home. But for many families in our community, owning a home is just out of reach and the task of buying is daunting. For households with low or moderate income, accumulating a down payment can take years. That’s why we exist: as a full-service homeownership center, we provide the keys that unlock the mystery and open doors to buying a home. We aspire to be the preferred homeownership center dedicated to building and preserving sustainable homeownership for all people in the Twin Cities. We deliver innovative services dedicated to: eliminating the homeownership disparity gap; empowering customers with knowledge to buy, fix, and keep their homes; developing homes to enhance neighborhoods and better the lives of our homebuyers; improving home with affordable lending products; and creating access to homeownership with down payment assistance. If you're able to take on this challenge, you will help build capacity within our organization’s Salesforce processes by proposing and implementing improved changes and updates. You will also increase capacity within our Salesforce reporting functions to improve how we monitor trends over time. Together with newly implemented processes and the conclusions drawn from the reporting, you will help us see how our changes address the homeownership gap. This is an experience that can make an impact not just for a lifetime but for generations to come.

Member Duties : We are seeking a VISTA member to join our team to: learn how our homebuyers and homeowners access our resources with a focus on process improvement; propose and implement new processes to increase ease of accesses to our resources; and analyze data related to leads conversion and service line creation/closeout with a focus on demographics to draw conclusions whether new processes helped address the homeownership gap. You will be building upon our existing process documentation maps to capture new, future state processes to help monitor how our processes have changed over time to address the homeownership gap.
