Our Food Resourcing Department sources and/or procures food for the food bank. The food may be sourcing via donation at retail partners (e.g. Trader Joe’s, Aldi, Walmart), manufacturers, wholesalers, or local growers and agricultural producers. The Food Resourcing Department also purchases products from growers and vendors, both local and multistate organizations alike. The product that is sourced by the Food Resourcing Department is then utilized by our Agency Network and our internal programs, such as mobile pantries.
