| Member Duties : The VISTA members will work closely with the School Based Mentoring Coordinators to build capacity in member high schools. Activities include the following: 1. Developing Performance Tracking Systems; 2. Develop Professional Social Impact assessment and evaluations; 3.Develop best practices to cultivate and manage social media related to mentoring. 4. Develop evidence based informed practice models using national standards. 5. Develop Operational manuals for mentoring sites.
