The NJCU Leadership Honor Society is a comprehensive program that provides students with leadership development, training, education, and community engagement. The program works collaboratively with other NJCU partners to enhance skill development, facilitate co-curricular learning, and culturally responsive teaching. Through outreach, we seek to develop visionary student leaders who will be prepared for a complex, ever-changing society. Students are assigned a mentor and cohort to focus on complex societal questions, ranging from educational access to climate change to food insecurity in the Community Engagement Program.
