Member Duties : Finalize the system to collect and track the data of eleven Youth Initiatives programs. Learn the updated system and note any ways to make it more efficient, then implement those changes. Fill any remaining gaps in collected data. Train Youth Initiatives Office program coordinators on how to use the data collection system and how to properly collect data to help maintain the database. Use the refined data collection system to create data profiles for each Youth Initiatives program that doesn’t already have one and update the data profiles that already exist. Create outreach plans for all remaining Youth Initiatives programs. Use each program’s data profile to find recruitment gaps. Create a list of populations the programs want to be more represented.
