2023 Boys & Girls Clubs Outcomes & Evaluation

Founded in 2009, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore is a non-profit organization serving young people, ages 6 to 18, at six Club locations in Baltimore city. Our approach reflects the knowledge, anchored in extensive research, that a quality after-school environment can support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of young people in important ways. At Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore, our data is an essential element in our efforts to serve the young people who need us most. As Outcomes & Evaluations Coordinator, you will serve at the intersection of our Resource Development, Program, and Operations teams, managing all processes related to data collection and data management. This program is a partnership between Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore and Maryland Out of School Time Network, a statewide youth development organization.
