Member Duties : The 253 Impact Coordinator will research potential partnerships and organize outreach activities to will raise overall awareness about Big Brothers Big Sisters in Pierce County, with an eye toward recruiting more youth participants and volunteer mentors. Working with an experienced team, you will develop and coordinate a robust community engagement plan focusing on youth, families and community partners. Strategies may include attending outreach events, distributing pamphlets, and helping develop BBBS marketing materials. You will also maintain a calendar of outreach activities and gather feedback for data reporting. This position requires creative thinking, good communications skills, customer service orientation, and multi-tasking. Location: Based in the BBBSPS Tacoma-Pierce County office, this position is a hybrid position with some remote service possible. Hours: Service hours will generally be normal business hours, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening or weekend events.
