2023 Imagine Me Leading Academy Summer Associate
 
 
 
The Imagine Me Leading Academy consists of tutoring, high school success, leadership and college and career exploration and preparatory workshops to increase the intentionality of ensuring academic and social success as girls enter the 9th grade and progress through high school and enter the college/career season of their lives. For Youth Works summer programming, we will break the girls into two groups, Rising 9th Graders/ 10th and Rising 11th and 12th graders.

Member Duties : The IMLA Summer Associate is responsible for assisting the IMLA Summer Camp Coordinator with day-to- day operations of IMLA summer camp curriculum including curriculum facilitation, program coordination and scheduling, and the implementation of group sessions, themed tracks based upon grades, field trips, daily evaluation, program evaluation and special events/guest visits. In addition to coordinating with the Summer Programs Coordinator on the accurate data entry of YouthWorks regarding attendance and payroll. The IMLA Summer Coordinator is responsible for assisting the IMLA Summer Camp Director with day-to- day operations of IMLA summer camp curriculum including program coordination and scheduling, providing direction to the Summer Staff and Volunteers, and the leadership of group sessions, themed tracks based upon grades, field trips, daily evaluation, program evaluation and special events/guest visits. In addition to coordinating with YouthWorks on payroll and data entry.
