| Member Duties : First 5 Service Corps positions promote school readiness by serving in preschools and other early learning environments delivering lesson plans; working with children through large and small groups and one-on-one activities. Members will introduce early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development to children 2-5. All duties will be performed within a strength-based culturally responsive and trauma-informed manner.
