| Member Duties : Grand Avenue Community Outreach (GACO) is actively seeking a VISTA to assist with creating a recruitment strategy that involves everything from assessing what we have now, researching and collecting best practices, and connecting with current volunteers and the community to developing the necessary component of the volunteer program so we are not only meeting the needs of those we serve but also supporting our community volunteers in providing an outstanding experience. The VISTA will also support fundraising to support the sustainability of the organization.
