Member Duties : The Summer AmeriCorps member(s) you will mentor girls to increase community awareness and equity of access to the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) with an emphasis on STEM, Outdoor and Life Skills activities. With a secondary goal of building access to summer educational programming in rural areas and championing female ambition. Member will research and create STEM, Financial Literacy, and Life Skills lesson plans and activities to ensure that the youth being served are learning in collaborative and hands-on settings that will engage them in contemporary topics and activities. The member will recruit volunteers and support the development of the summer programming syllabus.
