Member Duties : The VISTA will assist in creating support networks for small farmers, including resources for capital, training, grants, and other interventions at an inter-agency level. The VISTA will collaborate with PGC's various programming including their Social Enterprise Programming, Culinary Business Incubator, and Incubator Farm Program managers to take a needs and assets assessment of the community participants. In addition, VISTAs will work with other like-minded organizations to evaluate various aspects of food system businesses in high-immigrant areas across Oahu.
