The Construction Crew Leader will help to engage with each volunteer crew and individual fostering an open, accepting, and empowering volunteer experience. Working alongside other Staff Members they will lead volunteers through a day of service ensuring that everyone has a safe and rewarding experience. They will continue to improve our volunteer experience to build our volunteer retention rate to build more homes and change more lives.
