*BMVP - Improving Access to Care via Coordinated Resources

Mountain Health Gives strives to pick up where the limits of health care, coverage, and assistance ends. We work with passionate donors, grantors, and associations to fill those gaps. This project will allow anyone across the state of Montana to apply for support that can’t access medical services due to an inability to cover co-pay, out-of-pocket costs, and support services. Even though there are free health clinics and local non-profits, there are many Montanans who go without medical services or must choose between food, health, or housing. There simply aren’t enough resources to support a fraction of those who need it. Further, there is a gap of support and knowledge about available resources. Assisting low-income individuals and families with access to healthcare will help to keep them healthier through prevention and allow them to continue to work, participate in educational opportunities, and maintain a home; therefore, remaining a productive member of society and reducing healthcare costs for all.
