Member Duties : Promote healthy eating habits and lifestyles to reduce food
insecurity by enhancing the scale/reach of existing campus cooking demonstrations programming through community networking, planning and promotion. The Summer Associate will also help the dietitians to create recipes using ingredients available at the CARE pantry.
Increase prevention programming and increase capacity for
healthy relationships curricula addressing several related issues.
Develop a comprehensive outreach
plan to increase community awareness of affordable wellness resources; Recruit and train volunteers to demonstrate, teach budget-friendly emotional health and stress management strategies. Conduct campus and community outreach activities
