Member Duties : The VISTA Summer Associate will fight poverty by supporting the Summer Associates tutoring young children (K-3) in intensive early literacy interventions by making sure they have everything they need to tutor effectively. The tutoring program will help youth in need get on track and stay on track during the important years of early education. Preventing students from falling behind is the first step in excelling out of poverty as they get older.
