Campus Compact Northwestern

The AmeriCorps member at Northwestern University will serve in the Student Enrichment Services (SES) office within Student Affairs to support our on-campus food pantry, expand our digital marketing and awareness campaigns, and research further capacity-building initiatives for SES. SES partners with first-generation, low-income, and Undocumented students to foster identity development, navigate campus resources, and build community. Through campus-wide partnerships and advocacy, SES strives to build an inclusive community that is welcoming, supportive, and accessible for all students. The biweekly living allowance for this position is $575.40. In addition to the benefits listed, the host site will provide on-campus housing and meal assistance. The AmeriCorps member serving at Northwestern University will be part of a dynamic, motivated corps with Campus Compact AmeriCorps VISTA. Serving as a member of a corps provides the chance to connect with other members throughout multiple states, create a network of support, and share resources. As the intermediary, Campus Compact, a national non-profit, supports the professional and personal growth of AmeriCorps members through a variety of professional development opportunities and in-person trainings including overnight retreats throughout their service year. If you would like to learn more about serving with Campus Compact, please email our VISTA Leaders at vista@compact.org.
