| Member Duties : Responsible for assisting case managers in providing case management for clients seeking emergency assistance. Processing applications, directing clients to the appropriate resources, and providing direct relief to applicants. This position requires frequent contact with clients and community partners and reports to the AmeriCorps Program Director and the Pivotal Support Case Worker.
