Willis Dady Emergency Shelter, Inc: Donor Engagement, IAMNCC

The Willis Dady Engagement VISTA project will further develop our organization’s connection to our donor community through gathering donor focused data from our CRM (constituent relationship manager) system. These efforts will help Willis Dady remain independently funded and sustainable for the long-term. You will succeed in this position if you are comfortable with analyzing data and research, have curiosity on the behind-the-scenes work of fundraising, and can think creatively about targeted communication strategies. Willis Dady was founded in 1987 by Jim Welborn. As a veteran who experienced cycles of homelessness and mental health struggles himself, Jim started a legacy that helps individuals and families experiencing break the cycle of homelessness and build self-sufficiency. This project is part of the Community Corps VISTA Program, operated by Iowa & Minnesota Campus Compact. The program strives to eliminate poverty through campus-community partnerships by placing capacity building support in higher education and nonprofit organizations. ***Please also send cover letter and resume to supervisor.
