| Member Duties : The Community Health Program Development VISTA member will build the capacity of Affinia Healthcare by coordinating sustainable outreach projects that will connect unmet healthcare needs to Affinia Healthcare. Additionally, the VISTA will conduct outreach to identify healthcare needs that are not currently provided by Affinia Healthcare and identify ways to improve current outreach efforts through project evaluation. The efforts of the VISTA member will increase access to healthcare services and promote a healthy future for patients.
