2022-2023 Outreach and Engagement Coordinator VISTA (IAFCC)
Work directly with Oklahoma free and charitable clinics to improve data quality to provide better member services that will contribute to the alleviation of poverty among the underinsured and uninsured in Oklahoma. Additionally, this data will allow the Oklahoma Charitable Clinic Association (OCCA) improved access to these clinics to provide them with relevant and timely information pertaining to free and charitable clinics. By working directly with Oklahoma clinics, data quality will be improved by identifying a key contact, obtaining important clinic data such as demographics, hours of operation, number of patients served, types of patients served, number of volunteers, etc. This data will contribute to the summary metrics used by OCCA at the State level when discussing solutions for underinsured and uninsured patients in Oklahoma. Build clinic relations and create a marketing campaign in partnership with OCCA board to build brand awareness about the free and charitable clinics operating in Oklahoma.
