| Member Duties : The Health and Wellness Coordinator VISTA member will establish and enhance health and wellness programs that engage pre-school children, families, staff, and community members. The Health and Wellness Coordinator will design, implement, and evaluate physical and mental health initiatives. Our goal is to improve current initiatives and services at Flance to best enhance the lives of Flance children, families, staff, and community members to healthy practices and behaviors.
