Member Duties : VISTA will:
Develop opportunities with local businesses/organizations to fully immerse youth in outdoor activities.
Engage families and youth through public engagement and family night campaigns that will highlight activity opportunities and share information and educate the area how to overcome legacy mining in the area.
Continue to engage partner organizations and stakeholders to build an effective network of assets and resources.
Increase organizational capacity by creating new partnerships through grant funding, sponsorships, and in kind donations to support our program development.
Develop a volunteer base.
Educate communities about job opportunities.
Provide support and youth with healthy alternative activities, modify and change policies.
