Member Duties : The Campus for the City Coordinator will continue to operate as a liaison between Global Citizen, Girard College, nonprofit organizations, and students to ensure the following: 1) Students are participating in a work placement program that supports their ongoing education (via curriculum development/implementation), 2) A broad coalition of partners contributes to the shape of the program so that it works for their organizations and mission statements (via work plan and work group facilitation), 3) The program is sustainable via creating systems and identifying support networks so that it remains manageable (via strategic development, 4) That the program is effective through measuring the number of partnerships, students placed, measuring academic gains, and surveying partners on their satisfaction with the program. The program will be in its third year of development, and specifically an exciting time coming out of pandemic restrictions that will allow for rapid expansion.
