Strategic Initiatives VISTA Coordinator
 
 
 
In year three, the Strategic Initiatives VISTA Coordinator will build sustainability strategy guides for various lines of business. The various programs include a Resident Leadership Academy, Dialogue to Change, Amplifying Impact, and Comprehensive Community Development. The sustainability guides will increase the interest from potential sites and organizations by 15%. The impact of these resident power-building strategies. The participants of these power-building programs are individuals ranging from Low-Income to Extremely Low-Income. The activities the VISTA Member will implement will build the capacity necessary to help participants navigate various economic and educational systems to improve their economic outcome and ultimately get out of poverty.

Member Duties : 1. By August 30th, 2022, the Strategic Initiatives VISTA Coordinator will build a sustainability strategy guide for Dialogue to Change program. 2. By October 31st, 2022, the Strategic Initiatives VISTA Coordinator will build a sustainability strategy guide for the Resident Leadership Academy (Building Leaders, Building Communities). 3. By February 28th, 2023, the Strategic Initiatives VISTA Coordinator will build a sustainability strategy guide for Comprehensive Community Development. 4. By April 10th, 2023, the Strategic Initiatives VISTA Coordinator will build a sustainability strategy guide for CPSFL’s Amplifying Impact. 5. By April 10th, 2023, the Strategic Initiatives VISTA Coordinator will finalize the Business Plan Canvases for Dialogue to Change, the Resident Leadership Academy (Building Leaders, Building Communities), Comprehensive Community Development, and CPSFL’s Amplifying Impact.
