Member Duties : Develop operational projects and processes both within the department and across the organization. Focus on implementing these projects by designing a year-round training system that ensures employees are adequately trained and up-to-date on the organization's Standard Operationg Procedures (SOPs) as well as other systems and technologies. Assist in updating SOPs. Work with Departments to identify operational training needs.
