Member Duties : Assess NHT’s facilities management function as it relates to the long-term viability of NHT communities, particularly around the impact of building design and rehabilitation on NHT’s residents’ health and well-being.
Deliver and recommend an action plan and draft policies and procedures regarding facilities management. Alongside the Sustainability team, assess the energy consumption and expansion needs of the affordable housing communities in the District. Our Asset Management VISTA will work towards not only assessing immediate concerns affecting the building physicality of families living in NHT communities, but also establish a set of standards for current and future NHT communities.
