Member Duties : The overall goal of the PHENND Fellow VISTA is to close the loop on our programs through practice-informed research and research-informed practice by creating systems for outcome assessment, comparing to nationwide models, and understanding the overall efficacy of our work. Specifically, the VISTA will: 1) Research 3-5 models that gauge program effectiveness in the anti-hunger movement; 2) Learn about data collection and analysis from program usage data; 3) Develop and submit grant proposals that are more focused on community impact
