ALIRP Refugee and Asylum-Seeker Support Coordinator VISTA
Alabama Interfaith Refugee Partnership (ALIRP) is an interfaith group of laypersons, religious leaders, community organizations who have come together for the purpose of helping refugees and asylum-seekers, in light of the current global refugee crisis. ALIRP is a 501(c)3 organization and does not engage in any proselytizing or promotion of any particular religion or political affiliation.

Member Duties : The VISTA will collaborate with community partners, implementing key strategies for committees in the organization, and managing organizational projects. They will also work with organizational leaders to partner with other organizations serving refugees and asylum seekers in the Birmingham area and across the United States. Candidates with a college degree are preferred.
