Housing Services Resource Specialist

The Housing Services department manages asset-building within communities with low earning potential and savings leading them to be one paycheck away from homelessness. The aim is to provide support to low and very low-income households seeking to improve their financial conditions. The project centers on the ability to seek feedback for existing curriculum and coaching to infuse an equity and resident-engagement lens, to increase access to financial services through marketing, to create guidelines to support existing supportive housing programs for individuals suffering from substance abuse, and to research opportunities to nest a resident services program to increase sustainability for the service area. Remote service will be considered.
